4. Making a claim in the event of insolvency
If the organiser fails to ensure the continuation of the package or the return of travellers, repatriation is arranged by the Marshal of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship or a body authorised by the Marshal.
In the event of the insolvency of FLY TO CHANGE Sp. z o.o., the traveller submits a claim for the refund of payments made, or for the cost of a self-arranged return, directly to SIGNAL IDUNA Polska Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń S.A.
