Five years on, we are still here. Every day, Asia shows us something new. We seek out hidden places, meet people and hear their stories, drawing a map not only of places but of the people who give ordinary days their quiet wonder.

Adam
Adam co-founded FlyToChange and shapes its vision, direction and the idea behind each trip. For years he has lived between Europe and Asia, balancing a demanding career offshore with travel, entrepreneurship and a personal path of change. FlyToChange grew out of his need for freedom, movement and places that not only impress but also clear the mind. In every project he looks for rhythm, simplicity and experiences that stay with a person longer than the trip itself.
Marta
Marta co-founded FlyToChange and looks after organisation, logistics and the comfort of everyone who travels with us. She has been on the road for years, often travelling solo, which taught her courage and trust in herself and the world, the very thing she passes on to our travellers. She handles the fine details of planning, safety and the mood of each trip. She loves genuine places, local stories and the people who live them. She creates trips that are more than sightseeing: journeys with room to breathe and see things anew.
