Why we created this trip

Family oryour own growth

Most development trips for entrepreneurs start with a compromise. Either you leave your family for a week, or you simply stay home. There has never been a third option, because no one set out to build one.

So we built it. We shaped this week so you don't have to choose: while you're in a mastermind session, your children are looked after on site and a private chef takes care of the meals for the whole family. You focus on yourself, and the people you love are close by.

The place

A private estatebelow Carcassonne

Why this place in particular? Because we fell for the slow life and want to give you space where business doesn't shout but settles quietly over morning coffee, surrounded by clean nature, quiet and people on the same wavelength.

Domaine de la Jasso sits just beside Carcassonne, looking out over the medieval, UNESCO-listed fortress, with the historic centre about a 20-minute walk away. The estate is set within a two-hectare park of century-old trees, five hectares of vineyards and the calm landscape of southern France, which gives a sense of space and privacy that is hard to find in an ordinary hotel.

For the week the villa is ours alone, with no other guests and none of the rigid pace of a hotel, and guests have 11 comfortable rooms, 9 bathrooms, an outdoor pool and a relaxation area with an indoor pool and jacuzzi.

For families with children there is plenty of safe outdoor space here: a small petting zoo, a treehouse, a trampoline, a play area and animals to spend time with.

Family-friendly in practice

Space for the children, room to breathe for the parents

As a parent, you know the feeling: it's hard to focus on yourself when part of your mind is still with your child. So during the sessions, carers look after the children and you have time just for yourself. For growth, for a session with no distractions, for long conversations with people at a similar stage.

Meanwhile, the children have a world of their own. They play together, make new friends, run around the garden. They're not waiting, bored, for you to finish; they're living their own week.

And along the way they see something that stays with them: parents who give themselves time to grow. They learn that the two go together, growing yourself and being close to your family.

What a day looks like

A rhythm you can breathe in

The day begins quietly. There is time for an unhurried morning, breakfast and easing into the session at your own pace.

Mornings are given over to workshop sessions and conversations with Marcin Osman. Afternoons leave room for sessions with Kamila Kruk, rest, time with your family or simply enjoying the place.

Between the sessions there is space for the pool, a walk, a conversation, a nap or quiet time to yourself. No conference atmosphere, no schedule packed from morning to night.

In the evenings we come back to a shared table. There are dinners, conversations and the calm rhythm that everyday life so often lacks.

The programme has its structure, but it never overwhelms. It leaves room for the sessions, rest, conversation and time with your family.

Your mentors

Two voices, one week

Day to day, they build a shared business and a shared home. Over the mastermind they share the space too, to give you two different kinds of energy.
Marcin sets the tone for the mornings, Kamila takes the afternoons.

Questions we often hear

Who is this mastermind for?
For entrepreneurs and leaders who want to grow themselves and their business without setting it apart from family life. It is a format for people who prefer an intimate setting to large conferences, real conversations to surface-level networking, and a week where growth happens alongside rest, relationships and time with the people they love.
Can I come on my own, without my family?
Yes. You are welcome to come on your own. The programme is designed to work just as well for guests arriving with their families as for those coming solo. The mastermind sessions, the conversations, the shared dinners and the calm rhythm of the week remain a meaningful part of the experience for everyone.
How does childcare work?
During the mastermind sessions, families can arrange childcare on the villa grounds, tailored to their needs. We work out the details with each family before the trip, so parents can settle into the sessions with a clear mind while their children have a safe space of their own throughout the week.
What about meals for children and guests with dietary needs?
A private chef on site will look after meals every day, for the full stay. The cooking draws on the south of France and local produce. Before the trip we gather details on allergies, special diets and food preferences, so the chef can account for them when preparing meals for adults and children alike.
What does it cost?
A place on the Family-Friendly Mastermind starts at 5450 EUR. The final amount depends on the option you choose. The fee covers taking part in the mastermind programme led by Marcin Osman and Kamila Kruk, along with the on-site coordination of the programme. Accommodation in the villa, meals prepared on site and the option of arranging childcare are all part of how the programme is organised for participants. Flights and travel insurance are arranged by guests themselves.
How do I join?
The first step is a short conversation. We want to understand your situation, where your business stands and what you are looking for in this programme. That way we can work out together whether it is the right place for you. The group is small, so a natural fit between participants matters to us. We want the people around one table to be at a similar point: open to conversation, to substance and to calm growth in themselves and their business.

Let's talk

The mastermind starts with a conversation. No forms, no commitment.
